Thoughts From the Edge of Change

Three months ago, I made the decision to shake up the comfortable life I enjoyed in Atlanta. Together with hundreds of other Modern Orthodox high school graduates, I was on my way to becoming a full-fledged seminary student in Israel. No amount of planning could prepare me for the experiences that this new move has produced. With each step forward, I sometimes find myself two steps back and each elevating success is met by an equally unexpected disappointment, but I am growing in more ways than I thought possible. We all go through changes and have to make adjustments. This blog is about the countless ups and downs we face along the road to discovery.
